Well Child Exam with vaccines

Service Description

Well Child visits are performed starting at newborn age through 19 years of age. The visit includes a complete physical exam, evaluation of ages and stages, fasting labs, hearing and vision test recommended by Academy of Pediatrics Association Guidelines. Vaccines are included in these visits. Schedule for visits: 1 week old , 1 , 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, 30 months & yearly after.
