Complete Physical Exam

Service Description

An "Annual Physical Exam" includes a Head to Toe exam, 6 main blood test (CBC, CMP, A1c, Lipids, Vitamin D) drawn to evaluate the main organs of your body. If you are a woman, age 21 and above, a pap smear will be performed (every 3 years) If you are a woman, age 30 and above, a pap smear with HPV detection will be performed (every 3 years). If you are a woman, age 40 and above, a screening mammogram will be ordered for you every year when you return for annual exams. If you are a man between age 15 - 50, we will screen for testicular cancer. If you are a man > 50 years old, a prostrate "blood" test will be drawn (no rectal exam performed). Everyone above age 50, a stool test will be ordered to rule out blood in the stool. Everyone between ages 45-75 will have a colonoscopy ordered for them. Colonoscopy is a highly recommended test to screen for colon cancer. Everyone age 65 and above, will have a bone density screening test ordered. Bone Density screening test is to detect for osteoporosis. We do refer to locations where they provide financial assistance if you register with them. But you need to ask.
