  • Do you accept insurance for medical care in the clinic?
    We welcome everyone to our clinic. Our Family 1st Clinic Provider will be credentialed in about 1-2 months with all insurances. In the meantime, we will be happy to help you understand and where to fill your reimbursement forms for your individual insurance. The only step for you to take is to call us at (615) 933-5086 and speak with one of our staff members for help on how to complete a form for your reimbursement for your specific insurance company. Be sure to review our clinic website thoroughly regarding prices. Our clinic fees are lower than having commercial insurance and it is easily accessible care without having to wait for a insurance approval process for treatment.   • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • IS IV Therapy covered by insurance?
    IV Therapy is NOT covered by any insurance. It is not considered a medical need. Although it can prevent many medical diseases and disorders.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
